Black Sea Off-road Community Comes Together at Gala Night

The "Black Sea Off-road Union 5th Term Season Gala", hosted by Samsun Search and Rescue Off-road Club and Vezirköprü Off-road Club, took place at the Samsun Hilton Hotel.

At the evening, where trophies were presented to the competitors who finished on the podium in the "2015 Black Sea Regional Off-road Cup", plaques were also awarded to senior TOSFED officials, provincial stewards' panels and organising clubs who took part in the cup.

Metin ŞENTÜRK attended the Black Sea Off-road Union 5th Term Season Gala, bringing together 12 clubs from the Black Sea region, on behalf of the Board of the Turkish Automobile Sports Federation. The event, which was also attended by the Mayor of Tekkeköy, ended with the trophy ceremony. TOSFED President Serkan YAZICI joined via a live link-up to thank the clubs, competitors and guests for this special evening.

Following the gala night, according to a statement from the Union's General Secretariat after the meeting held on Sunday 24 January 2016, Bolu Nature Sports and Off-road Club and Düzce Automobile and Off-road Club have joined the Black Sea Off-road Union. It was stated that, as of the 2016 season, the Black Sea Regional Off-road Cup will consist of six rounds, with the event dates to be announced once the TOSFED national calendar is finalised.
