Küçüksarı Wins Ipekyolu Rally

The 14th Ipekyolu Rally was held on 10-11 December, organised by Bursa Otomobil Sporları Kulübü (BOSSEK) with the support of İMC Elektrik Enerjisi and Start Cafe. Contested by 23 crews, the rally consisted of three passes each of the Dağakça (9.50km) and Nalınlar (5.00km) stages.
Four crews failed to finish due to various problems, and the overall winners were Neo Motorspor's Adil Küçüksarı-Kutay Ertuğrul, who set the fastest time on all six special stages in their Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX. Erkan Güral-Burak Koçoğlu, also competing for Neo Motorspor in a similar car in Class 4, took second, while Kenan Kar-Soner Tamer finished third overall and won Class 3 in a Citroen C2 for GP Garage My Team.In Class 2, Yılmaz Köprücü-Özcan Opçin took the win in an Opel Kadett D, while in Class 1, Serhat Öztemir-Billur Hasbay, back behind the wheel after six years away, climbed to the top step of the podium in a Fiat Palio.
The crews who finished in the top three of their classes received their awards at a ceremony held at Start Cafe in PodyumPark.
