Father and Son Lead Historic Class

The Historic class, open to classic rally cars, saw a fierce fight at the Beydağ Int Yapı 47th Yeşil Bursa Rally, the second round of the Petrol Ofisi Maxima 2023 Turkish Rally Championship organised by Bursa Otomobil Sporları Spor Kulübü (BOSSEK).Father-and-son crew Ömer Gür and Levent Gür, competing in a Murat 131, took the overall win and the Category 1 win, while Tan and Selda Çağlayan finished second in a Peugeot 205 GTI and Yılmaz Köprücü and Utku Güloğlu completed the podium in an Opel Kadett.Selda Çağlayan claimed the Historic class award for best female co-driver, with Melis Büyüksan, competing in a VW 1303, taking second.

Competing with the support of Köşem Balık and Bob Burger, Ömer Gür and Levent Gür moved into the lead of the Petrol Ofisi Maxima 2023 Turkish Historic Rally Championship after this victory.
