Seconds Decide It in Eskişehir

Round 5 of the 2023 AVIS Turkish Hill Climb Championship, organised by Frigya Spor Kulübü (FSK) with ICRYPEX as title sponsor and the support of Mihalgazi Municipality, was held in Eskişehir on 30 September-1 October. Contested over two runs on the 7.5-kilometre course at Sakarıılıca, the event attracted 22 competitors across five classes. In Class 1, Atış Motorsport's Sevcan Sağıroğlu once again topped the podium, with Ülkü Motorsport's İlker Aktaş second and privateer Burak Navruz third.In Class 2, Atış Motorsport's Tuncer Sancaklı took the win, while team-mates Engin Apaydın and Şevket Çınar left Eskişehir in second and third respectively. In Class 3, Atış Motorsport's Burak Başlık extended his winning streak, with team-mate Murat Soyçopur second and GP Garage My Team's Eda Soylu third to complete the podium.In Class 4, GP Garage My Team's Sinan Soylu finished first, ahead of Ayhan Germirli in second and Neo Motorsport's Kübra Denizci Keskin in third. In Class 5, Bahadır Sevinç was the fastest driver of the day, with Ertekin Tekneci second and Burak Söğüt third. Sinan Soylu took the 'best run of the day' award with a time of 4:49.20, while Atış Motorsport won the teams' classification.The 2023 AVIS Turkish Hill Climb Championship continues with the Melikgazi Hill Climb in Kayseri on 14-15 October.
