Doğaner and Tüfekçioğlu Win in Düzce

Baja Prusias, the third round of the 2023 Turkish Baja Championship, was held from 24-26 November by Düzce Offroad Sports Club (DOSOD) with the support of ICRYPEX, the Düzce Governorship and Düzce Municipality. With 21 vehicles and 42 competitors taking part, the 70.65 km Akçakoca Bey stage was run twice on the first day of the event, while the Konuralp Bey stage, run once on the second day, was shortened because of heavy rain.The event ended with a prize-giving ceremony at the Düzce Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports Conference Hall. In the SSV class, Derin Doğaner-Onur Sırımoğlu took the win, with Diren Üykü-Caner Çarpar second and Eren Alver-Medeni Soysal third. In the car class, Mehmet Tüfekçioğlu-Tuvana Sayar were victorious, while Atilla Baybara-Cüneyt Göktürk finished second and Alper Sarper-Cihan Armağan completed the podium in third.The final round of the 2023 Turkish Baja Championship will be organised by Denizli Offroad Sports Club (DENDOFF) in Merkezefendi on 16-17 December.
