BC Vision Aims for Podium at Rally Bursa

Having completed the first three rounds of the 2016 Turkish Rally Championship, BC Vision Motorsport is preparing for the third gravel event of the season, to be held in Bursa on 23-24 July.

Competing with the backing of Punto Restaurant, Autoclub, Demorhome and İbis Otel, BC Vision Motorsport will line up in Class 2 with an R5 car for the crew of Burak Çukurova/Vedat Bostancı, and in Class 3 with two R2 cars for Ahmet Burkay/Bilge Ayan and Serkan Koparipek/Burak Akın.

Starting on Saturday 23 July, Rally Bursa is the third gravel-surface event of the 2016 season. It consists of eight stages, with 109.80 kilometres of special stages in a total distance of 438 kilometres.

BC Vision Motorsport team director Burak Çukurova said: “Rally Bursa has always been tough and full of surprises. At a time when our country is going through difficult days, we need to stand closer together, support one another and show that we remain firmly on our feet through great events like this. As BC Vision Motorsport, we are setting out with the aim of a podium finish and class wins. As the third crew, Serkan Koparipek/Burak Akın have joined the team for this event, and as a local driver, I hope Koparipek will produce a good rally in the beautiful countryside of Bursa after so many years.
