Baja Bolu Takes Competitors' Breath Away
Round four of the 2025 Burhan Turan Turkish Baja Championship, Baja Bolu, was organised by Bolu Offroad Sports Club (BOLOFF) with 26 vehicles and 52 competitors taking part. Staged with the support of the Bolu Governorate, Bolu Municipality, Spor Toto and 14 Burda AVM, the event saw a big fight across 247 kilometres of special stages, with Bolu's unique natural surroundings and demanding terrain providing a spectacular backdrop for the competitors.
In the SSV category, İsrafil Akyüz-Mert Tepe of Maceraist Rally Raid Team were the first crew to reach the finish, with team-mates Abdullah Turgut-Harun Deynek second and Özgür Şenyurt-Sertaç Tatar of GE Rally Raid Team third as they left Bolu.
In the car category, Alper Sarper-Can Özkurt took the win, while Zeki Karaçaylı-Okan Dilberoğlu finished second and brothers İhsan Günak-Fatih Günak completed the podium in third.
In the teams classification, Maceraist Rally Raid Team claimed victory, with GE Rally Raid Team second and collecting a trophy on the podium. In the female drivers' classification, İdil Tüfekçioğlu and İrem Yağmur Simitçi shared the wins.
The 2025 Burhan Turan Turkish Baja Championship will conclude with Baja Prusias, organised by Düzce Offroad Sports Club (DOSOD) on 13-14 December.
