Ayhancan Joins RX Lites Series

Following Yiğit Timur and Fatih Kara, a young Turkish driver will compete in the 2016 season of the RX Lites series, which is being run as part of the World Rallycross Championship for the third time this year.
Representing the TOK SPORT WRT team in the series, 18-year-old national driver Ayhancan Güven took the wheel of the Control 4 during a test at Hockenheim Ring, venue of this season's opening round. Driving on a dirt surface and in a 4WD car for the first time, Güven adapted to the car quickly.
After the test, Ayhancan said: "We were at Hockenheim for the official World Rallycross Championship RX Lites practice day. We took part in testing with the Control4, which we will use in the RXLites category this season. It was a very productive day in terms of getting to know the car. Endless thanks to Halid Avdagiç, the architect of all this, and to the TOK Sport WRT team for giving me this opportunity. I would also like to thank Yigit Timur, who helped me with all of his experience throughout the day. With your support too, I believe we will have a great season."
Güven, who has been karting since the age of six and competed in the Formula Alfa series and V1 Challenge in 2015, will begin the season with the German round on 7-8 May and complete the RXLites season with the Latvian round on 1-2 October.
