The sixth round of the 2017 Balkan Rally Cup, Serbia Rally, ended in victory for Orhan Avcıoğlu-Burçin Korkmaz, who competed in a Ford Fiesta R5 for Toksport WRT. The Bulgarian crew Plamen Staykov - David Kvaratshelia, competing under the Georgian flag, finished second, while third place went to the Bulgarian crew Ignat Isaev-Yordan Yordanov.

Following their Rally Bosphorus win in 2013, which counted towards the European Rally Cup, Avcıoğlu-Korkmaz took the most important victory of their career. On the podium the crew had the Turkish flag raised and the Turkish national anthem played as they collected the winner's trophy...
Orhan and Burçin Return from Serbia with VictoryIn the rally, held in Serbia on 23-24 September with two Turkish crews taking part, Menderes Okur-Ufuk Uluocak, driving a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX, reached the finish as ERT2 runners-up and took seventh place overall.

The crews finishing in the top five of the overall and class standings will earn the right to compete in the European Rally Cup final, to be held in Portugal on 17-18 November...
