NİMOSK Karting Round Delivers Breathtaking Racing

The NİMOSK Karting Race, round six of the 2023 MOTUL Turkish Karting Championship, was organised by Nimara Otomobil Spor Kulübü (NİMOSK) on 14-15 October, with 61 competitors taking part across five different classes.
Held at the TOSFED Körfez Race Track with ICRYPEX as title sponsor and the support of Marmaris Municipality and the Marmaris Chamber of Commerce, the event saw the opening races in every class run on Saturday, followed by two races each on Sunday.
In the Micro class, open to competitors aged 6-9, Selim Köse took first place, Nihat Karadeniz was second and Olgun Yücel third, while in the Mini class for 7-12 year-olds Can Özler won, Rüzgar Evci finished second and Cem Karakömür third. The top three in the Junior class for 12-15 year-olds was Yağız Topal, Hakkı Dorum and Leyla Sulyak, while in the Senior class for those aged over 14 Gün Taşdelen won, ahead of Sena Savaşer in second and Ateş Birinci in third.
The top three in the Master class for drivers over 30 were Muratcan Eğilmez, İlyas Vurgeç and Murathan Gür. In the Women's Junior class Leyla Sulyak took the win, while in the Women's Senior class Sena Savaşer won, Zeynep Çukurova was second and Sudenur Yurdagül third. Dynamic Racing Team claimed the teams' title, and the event concluded with a prize-giving ceremony after the racing.
The 2023 MOTUL Turkish Karting Championship will conclude with round seven on 25-26 November at the TOSFED Körfez Race Track, organised by Otomobil Sporlarında Kadın Spor Kulübü.
