Kazaz Takes Double Podium in Portugal

Turkish driver Kerem Kazaz and French co-driver Corentin Silvestre, competing for Team Petrol Ofisi in the Junior World Rally Championship, left Rally Portugal, the second round of the championship, with a double podium result.

Team Petrol Ofisi picked up valuable points by finishing second in WRC3 and third in Junior WRC, flying the Turkish flag on the podium ahead of the 19 May Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day.

After a demanding four-day event, the Kazaz-Silvestre crew moved up to third in the Junior World Rally Championship standings on 26 points, having scored 15 points in Portugal, ahead of Acropolis Rally.
