Kazaz in Portugal for Test Outing

Team Petrol Ofisi driver and national athlete Kerem Kazaz will compete in Portugal with Corentin Silvestre on 2-3 May at Rally Terras d'Aboboreira. Kazaz will get behind the wheel in Portugal for testing and preparation ahead of Rally de Portugal, the next round of the FIA Junior World Rally Championship.
Rally Terras d'Aboboreira, the third round of the Portuguese Rally Championship, will take place in the Portuguese city of Amarante. Held on gravel stages, the rally will run over two days and consist of 10 special stages covering a total of 114 kilometres. In this event the young driver will also face four of his Junior WRC rivals.

Kerem Kazaz shared his thoughts ahead of Rally Terras d'Aboboreira as follows:
"After a few weeks' break, it's great to be back on gravel rallies. We completed the first big event of the season, Rally Sweden, with a good result, then took our first win of the season in Marmaris. In the same way, to have a good Rally de Portugal in May, we want to complete this period with productive preparation. For that reason we will compete at Rally Terras d'Aboboreira this weekend. As Team Petrol Ofisi, we are building on our performance with every event. Again in this rally, we hope to raise our pace and adapt to Portugal's gravel stages. Progressing this way gives us extra motivation. I hope this weekend will be a productive test event for us too. I would like to thank everyone who supports us, especially Petrol Ofisi."
