The third round of the 2016 Turkish Hill Climb Championship, organised by the Eskişehir Automobile Sports Club (ESOK), will take place in Düzce on 28-29 May 2016 with the contribution of the Düzce Governorship and Düzce Municipality, and the support of the Kaynaşlı District Governorship and Kaynaşlı Municipality.

The event begins with administrative and technical checks on Saturday 28 May, and continues on Sunday 29 May with practice runs from 09:00. The competition will be run over three runs on the 6km course between Kaynaşlı's Dipsizgöl Village and Topuk Plateau, with the first run starting at 12:30, the second at 14:00 and the third at 15:30.

As part of the event, TOSFED will create a local classification and provide transport support, in order to allow drivers who do not follow the national championship to take part in the Super Cup event at the end of the season, and to support amateur drivers. As last year, the event, which is being held in Kaynaşlı for the second time, will be hosted by the Fenerbahçe Topuk Plateau Facilities.
