Karting Season Continues at Körfez

The third race of the 2015 karting season takes place on 27-28 June at the Körfez Karting Circuit, organised by Kocaeli Karting Club. As well as the Turkish Karting Championship (TKŞ), the two-day event will also host the Rotax Max Challenge (RMC) races.

Round three of the six-round Turkish Karting Championship features the Mini, Formula Junior, Formula Senior and Formula Master classes. At the 930-metre Körfez Karting Circuit, Mini will run over 15 laps, Formula Junior over 20 laps, while Formula Senior and Formula Master will contest three 24-lap races. Qualifying and Race 1 for all classes will be held on Saturday 27 June, with Races 2 and 3 following on Sunday 28 June.

In the Rotax Max Challenge special cup, the geared engines that first raced last year take to the track again this year. The third round of RMC Türkiye 2015 will be held on the same weekend with the 32 HP two-speed Rotax DD2 engines.
