Colourful Weekend at İsabeyli

The local İsabeyli Hill Climb, organised by the Aydın Automobile Sports Club (AYOSK) with the support of UMA, Mondial, Metropol Technic, 4 Renk and Nazilli Municipality, brought motorsport fans together. The event, run over two runs on the 6-kilometre asphalt course between İsabeyli and Çobanlar Village, drew strong public interest.

The battle in Category 1 was won by İsmail Cabacı in a Peugeot 106 GTI. Candan Erim, competing in a Fiat Palio, took second, with Kuvvet Erim third. Nihan Özcan won Category 2 in a Fiat Palio, while in Category 3 Hüseyin Yıldırım won in a VW Polo, Kubilay Ersin Türkmen was second in a Fiat Egea and Haşim Şahin Çalışkan third in a Honda Type-R.

In Category 4, Sinan Yardım Edici won in a Honda Type-R, with Şevket Çınar second in a VW Scirocco. In the ladies' classification, Candan Erim took the win ahead of Nihan Özcan to complete the podium.

AYOSK President and former İsabeyli Mayor Kuvvet Erim thanked all the institutions and individuals who supported the event, saying after the race: "During my time as mayor of İsabeyli, we hosted eight rounds of the Turkish Hill Climb Championship here. After such a long break, it is a great pleasure to race here again."
