Nostalgic Hill Climb Returns to Gemlik Şahintepe

Having hosted car races many times in the 1990s, the Bursa Gemlik Şahintepe course is preparing to host round five of the Turkish Hill Climb Championship on 24-25 August 2019, after a 16-year break. Organised by the Bursa Otomobil Sporları Kulübü, known as BOSSEK, with the support of Gemlik Municipality, the event will begin on Saturday 24 August with scrutineering in front of Kumla Pier between 12:00 and 13:00, followed by practice runs between 13:30 and 18:30. The event will get under way on Sunday 25 August at 11:30 from in front of the Kumla Gendarmerie Station and will conclude at 16:15 with the prize-giving ceremony at Kumla Pier.
