Odunpazarı ESOK Rally, the third round of the Petrol Ofisi Maxima 2023 Turkish Rally Championship, runs from 9-11 June with 70 cars and 140 competitors entered, organised by the Eskişehir Automobile Sports Club.

Ahead of the rally, Burak Çukurova leads the championship with 52 points, followed by Ümit Can Özdemir on 50 points and Uğur Soylu on 27. Castrol Ford Team Türkiye tops the manufacturers' standings, GP Garage My Team leads the teams' standings, Ömer Gür and Erkan Bodur head the historic rally classification, and Kemal Çetinkaya is in front in the TOSFED Rally Cup.
