Favourites Untroubled at Darlık
The seventh and final round of the AVIS 2023 Turkish Hill Climb Championship, organised by the Istanbul Automobile Sports Club (İSOK) with the support of ICRYPEX, the Mapfre Sigorta Hill Climb, was run on the 5,200-metre course between Teke and Yeni Darlık Village.
In the event, which saw 19 competitors battle across five categories, Atış Motorsport's Sevcan Sağıroğlu took victory in Category 1, with Özgür Şenyüz second and Nusret Bayraktar third. 
In Category 2, Atış Motorsport's Engin Apaydın was the fastest of the day, while in Category 3 Atış Motorsport's Burak Başlık claimed the win. Team-mate Murat Soyçopur finished second, with GP Garage My Team's Eda Soylu third. 
In Category 4, GP Garage My Team's Cem Yalın took the win and also set the fastest time of the day with 02:43.99. In this category GP Garage My Team's Sinan Soylu finished the day second, with Neo Motorspor's Kübra Denizci Keskin third.
In Category 5, Ülkü Motorsport's Bahadır Sevinç continued his winning streak in Istanbul, with Ertekin Tekneci second and Burak Söğüt third.
Atış Motorsports took the teams' victory, while in the women's classification the wins were shared by Sevcan Sağıroğlu in Category 1, Eda Soylu in Category 3 and Kübra Denizci Keskin in Category 4. In the local classification, the winners were Özgür Şenyüz in Category 1, Gizem Filiz in Category 2, Serkan Şefik in Category 3 and Bahadır Sevinç in Category 5.
