Çetinkaya-Tezeken Make Fast Start

The opening round of the Petrol Ofisi Maxima 2023 Turkish Rally Championship, Rally Bodrum, ended in victory in the Erkan Bodur TOSFED Rally Cup for Kemal Çetinkaya - Tolga Tezeken, who competed in a Subaru Impreza WRX with the support of Karbonz and Motul. The Çetinkaya - Tezeken crew, who also won Category 4, received the trophies won by the late Erkan Bodur, who passed away last year, from his sister Şebnem Bodur, in addition to their rally awards. Özgür Yürük-Serkan Şahinler of GMG Racing took second in this classification, while Erdem İlbaylı - Soner Çevik of Castrol Ford Team Türkiye claimed third place and the Category 2 win. In Category 1, Sencan Kırıkkaya - Tezcan Başar, supported by Yaşaroğlu Otomotiv, and in Category 3, Özgür Yaprak - Can Hergüner, competing for GMG Racing, were the crews who finished at the top of the standings.
