Çelik Claims Double Title in Debut Season

Having begun a motorsport career at a young age in off-road, trial and ATV-UTV before moving on to the Turkish Circuit Racing Championship and the V1 Challenge series, Bursa driver Çağlayan Çelik has achieved great success in rallying, the discipline the driver switched to this season. Contesting the Shell Helix 2021 Turkish Rally Championship in a Renault Clio Rally5 with Ufuk Uluocak as co-driver, Çelik finished the 2021 season as both Class 5 champion and Clio Rally Trophy Turkey winner.

Competing with the support of Sheraton Bursa and aloft Hotel Bursa, Çağlayan Çelik reached the podium at the 41st Istanbul Rally, the final rally of the 2021 season, as Class 5 and Clio Rally Trophy winner, while also taking third place in the two-wheel-drive classification.We congratulate the young driver, who has carried the success achieved on the circuits over into rallying, and wish continued success.
