Record-Breaking Season for Çebi

Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport driver Ayşe Çebi was the standout name of the 2025 Turkish Karting Championship, which concluded with the seventh and final round at the TOSFED Körfez Circuit on 13-14 December.

APPEAL TO DECIDE THE CHAMPION
Following a protest lodged after the semi-final race at the season finale, the final results have not been announced, and the decision of the appeals committee will determine the Senior class champion.

A SEASON FULL OF SUCCESS
In Senior, the most competitive class, with 20 competitors in total (18 male, 2 female), the 17-year-old national team driver finished on the podium in six of the seven rounds, completing a successful season with two third places, one second place and three wins.

FOUR POLE POSITIONS AND THE UŞAK TRACK RECORD
The young driver also took pole position four times and added another significant achievement by breaking the Uşak track record. Having taken pole position in rounds four and five of the championship, Çebi won every race in both rounds and became the only driver to score the maximum 101 points available to a competitor in a single round.

WOMEN'S POWER BROUGHT RECORDS
Starting the final round as championship leader in the Senior class and remaining in the title fight until the very end, Ayşe Çebi earned admiration both for her pace, agility and driving style on track and for her smiling face, helpfulness and likeable manner away from it.
